We are based in Canada & Trinidad & Tobago, but we work with clients worldwide.

These are the steps we’ll take from our first interaction to delivery.

1. Onboarding
   We’ll have a quick chat about your project and scope so I can send over a quote. Once Terms & Conditions are accepted and the 50% deposit is made, we move forward.
   
   
2. Discovery Session
   This is where we have a one-on-one meeting ( more like Q&A session) where I’ll get to know you and the business a little better.
   
   
3. Research
   With all the information you provided, I then conduct my own research on your niche, competitors, audience etc.
   
   
4. Concept Development
   This is where I take all the information provided & I create the number of options requested & they will be presented to you for a decision.
   
   
5. Refinement
   This is where consider you feedback and make the necessary changes.
   
   
6. Finalize & Delivery
   The last step is wrapping up and packaging your files in the necessary formats and sending them over once the final payment is made.

Prices are determined after recieving details during the discovery session meeting with the client, Once this meeting is over, a quote will be sent within 24 hours.
